1. Excellent temperature resistance

High temperature stability: PTFE coated fiberglass fabric performs well in high temperature environment and can work continuously at 350℃ with stable performance. For example, after being placed at 250℃ for 200 days, its strength will not decrease and its weight will not decrease; after being placed at 350℃ for 120 hours, its weight will only decrease by about 0.6%.

Low temperature tolerance: At the same time, it also has excellent low temperature performance and can maintain softness at ultra-low temperature of -196℃ without cracking.

2. Non-adhesiveness

The surface of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is smooth and not easy to adhere to any substance. Almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, and coating can be easily removed, and various oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface can be easily cleaned, ensuring the cleanliness of the cloth, and it is often used in the environmental protection and sanitation industry.

3. Chemical corrosion resistance

This material can resist the corrosion of strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia and various organic solvents, and can resist almost all pharmaceutical items, and is suitable for use in highly corrosive environments.

4. Low friction coefficient

PTFE coated fiberglass cloth has an extremely low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1), which is the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication and is suitable for applications that require a low friction coefficient.

5. High insulation performance

It has good insulation performance, a small dielectric constant (2.6), a tangent below 0.0025, and is also UV-resistant and anti-static, making it suitable for electrical insulation and electronic and electrical industries.

PTFE fiberglass fabric cloth has good dimensional stability, an elongation coefficient of less than 5‰, high strength, and good mechanical properties, making it suitable for applications that require precise size and strength.

7. Drug resistance and non-toxicity

8. Fire retardant
