Textured PTFE fabric is a high performance, versatile composite material, mainly made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin, with good heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, non-stick and insulation properties.

Product Features of textured PTFE fabric

1. Temperature resistance: It can work continuously in the range of -70 ° C to 260 ° C, with good weather resistance and aging resistance.

2. Non-sticky: The surface is not easy to adhere to any substance, easy to clean.

3. Corrosion resistance: corrosion resistance of strong acid, strong alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.

4. Low coefficient of friction: low coefficient of friction (0.05-1), is the choice of oil-free self-lubrication.

5. High insulation: with high insulation performance (small dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), anti-ultraviolet, anti-static.
